Announcing: Pinned Announcements for Enhanced Update Visibility

Ensure your most important updates always get the visibility they deserve. With our new Pinned Announcements feature, you can highlight up to five priority updates at the top of your product updates page - driving awareness and engagement from subscribers and stakeholders.

What’s New

Pinned Announcements let you surface your most impactful updates - like major launches, critical fixes, or key enhancements - by pinning them to the top of your updates feed. Highlight up to five announcements at a time, and define how long each should stay pinned based on your goals and timelines.

How It Works

Pin any published announcement directly from the editor:

• Click on the published announcement you'd like to pin

• Go to Content & Settings

• On the right-hand rail of the editor, select Pin announcement

• Select the timeframe for the pinned announcement

• View and manage all your pinned announcements in the Pinned section of Announcements

Pinned updates stay locked at the top of your page - regardless of newer updates - until you manually unpin them or their defined display period ends. It's a simple way to keep strategic updates top-of-mind for your audience.
