User domain matching

Today we rolled out pre-approved domain matching. We’re super excited about this upgrade, as it solves something that we know has been a bit of a headache for admins and contributors alike. With pre-approved domain matching enabled, when a user from your organization signs into LaunchNotes with the company email address they will be recognized and automatically added as a contributor to the appropriate project. 

For customers using SAML for project user provisioning, the pre-approved domain matching authentication will not impact your project. The user roles will be managed through your SAML provider exclusively.

You can find the domain matching setting under Settings > Users > Pre-approved email domains.
