Introducing our New Slack Channel Integration

We're excited to announce the release of our highly-anticipated Slack Channel Integration, available to all LaunchNotes customers. This new Slack integration enables product updates to be published directly into private, public, and Slack Connect channels.

Key features of the integration

• Slack channels: Publish your product updates directly into Slack channels.

• Customizable notifications: Tailor the announcements to each channel to be scoped to specific categories, enabling precision targeting.

• Slack Connect channels: Utilize Slack Connect channels to share real-time updates with your customers.

• Automatic posts when publishing: Free up your time with automatic posting after clicking ‘publish’ on an announcement. 

With the Slack Channel Integration, you can streamline your product update communication, improve collaboration with internal teams, and strengthen customer relationships. Say goodbye to missed updates and hello to a more efficient and effective way of keeping everyone in the loop.

To get started, simply navigate to your LaunchNotes settings, connect your Slack account, and configure your desired channels.

Slack integration with LaunchNotes: USE CASES

• Publish your internal team’s LaunchNotes announcements to a dedicated #announcements channel in your team’s Slack workspace.

• Publish updates related to a product-line category to a corresponding team channel in Slack e.g. announcements tagged with category “Mac App” post to #team-mac-app.
