New and improved project picker

If you have access to multiple projects and organizations, you now have a much cleaner organization / project switcher. This can be found under your user dropdown by clicking Switch organizations.
Find your pretty face at the top left, click through to Switch organizations.
From here, you will see all of the projects you have access to. The project name is on top, with the Organization name below. Click any one of them to go straight to that project's releases.
