      🛣 Roadmaps

The abilitity to showcase upcoming work via Roadmaps is coming soon! We're testing it this week on our page https://updates.launchnotes.io. You'll notice a new section called "Roadmap" right next to Announcements.

Some highlights of this feature we're particularly excited about:

      - Custom stages to represent your product lifecycle e.g. "Coming soon", "Shipped", "Thinking about"

      - Projected completion date (and a way to not promise a specific date 🤔 😃)

      - The ability for users to follow/subscribe to individual items on your Roadmap so you can build launch lists

We plan to roll this out next week for new users signing up and existing users elligible to opt-in.

We'd love to hear your thoughts/feedback on the Roadmap feature coming soon...on the Roadmap item https://updates.launchnotes.io/board/roadmaps.

Which brings us to our next feature update - Feedback!

      🙋‍♀️ Feedback

As part of the New LaunchNotes platform we are introducing Feedback! You'll be able to receive feedback from your page subscribers on Announcements and Roadmap items.

Here's a sneak peak on how it works.

We've added a special consent option for your feedback leavers. If it's a positive piece of feedback they can consent to testimony usage. Perfect for your beta users. Can you imagine launching a new feature with testimonies ready to go?

If it's negative, they can give you the OK to follow up with more questions. More on this feature soon!

      ✌️Migration

We've reached a huge milestone for rolling out the new LaunchNotes platform. Starting this week new signups will be taken directly to the new LaunchNotes platform.

If you're a current user you're still able to self opt-in and migrate your Releases over to Announcements. As a refresher, here's a walkthrough for migrating your Releases over to Announcements: LaunchNotes migration walkthrough

Moving forward, we've targeted the following timeline for wrapping up the migration and bringing everyone over to the new LaunchNotes platform.

      • Self opt-in to Announcements: Happening now

      • New signups on the new platform: This week

      • Self opt-in to Roadmap: Starting next week

      • Final migration period: May 3rd - May 18th

As always we'll update our LaunchNotes page if anything changes.
