Subscriber Import Enhancements & Vidyard Integration

We’ve fixed an issue affecting the bulk import functionality for subscribers. Previously, users attempting to upload subscriber lists via our subscriber importer experienced the system hanging in a loading state upon submission, preventing successful imports. The system now properly processes subscriber data uploads, allowing you to efficiently manage your subscriber lists.

If you previously encountered difficulties with the bulk import feature, please try again with your CSV files. We've completely rebuilt the import process to ensure reliability and performance.

For optimal results when importing subscribers:

• Ensure your CSV file includes all required columns

• Follow the format guidelines in our help documentation

• Contact us at support@launchnotes.io if you need assistance with larger imports

Coming Soon: Vidyard Integration

We’re expanding beyond Loom to include Vidyard video embedding into Announcements. With this new capability, you’ll be able to add Vidyard video content to the Hero section of an Announcement just as easily as you do with Loom.

What’s included:

• Unified video support: A single card and modal that accepts both Loom and Vidyard URLs.

• Embedded playback: Hero sections display a video preview with click-to-play, so viewers can watch inline without leaving the update.

This integration provides another capability to help make your product updates more visual, engaging, and impactful.
