Your team is already building workflows with AI agents in Claude, Cursor, and elsewhere, connecting them to tools like Jira, Intercom, GitHub, and Pendo.

Today, LaunchNotes joins that list, so product communication becomes a step in the work you're already doing.

      Four workflow examples:

      1. "We closed the 2.4 milestone in Jira. Draft the release note." Your agent pulls the closed issues from your Jira connection, checks what's already been announced, writes it in your voice, tags the categories, attaches every source issue, and links the roadmap item. It lands as a draft in LaunchNotes.

      2. "Pull our top announcements this quarter, cross-reference adoption in Pendo, and put a summary in Confluence." One instruction, three products, no copy-paste.

      3. "What are people asking for? Put the top themes on the roadmap." Your agent clusters your LaunchNotes feedback into themes, proposes each one with the volume behind it, creates only what you approve — then files that feedback under the new roadmap items, so the inbox actually clears.

      4. "How did last week's announcement perform?" Engagement per announcement, sentiment, reach by channel, subscriber health. Analytics answers are aggregate — no individual subscriber records.

29 tools, eight skills, one install

Your assistant acts as you, with exactly the permissions your LaunchNotes role already has. No API tokens to generate, paste, or rotate — you sign in with your LaunchNotes account. And it runs on your assistant, your model, your usage, so there's no new AI vendor for your security team to review.

What's new in this stage of the beta

      • Hosted, with LaunchNotes sign-in. One install for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, claude.ai, or Cursor.

      • The full lifecycle. Draft from a template, schedule, backdate, categorize, link announcements and roadmap items, search across everything, post roadmap updates that notify followers.

      • Skills. Ready-made playbooks built around how product and marketing teams actually work. You describe the outcome; the skill runs the steps.

      • An admin guide. For the security review, including exactly which roles can do what. Check them all out here.

      Your feedback made this possible

It's a different product than it was a month ago, and that's mostly your doing. To everyone running the early versions and sending us notes — thank you! Much of what's above we worked on together.
