Jira Integration - Enhancements

Enhanced Jira publishing controls to allow teams to draft an Announcement and push the draft into LaunchNotes at any development stage.

The current Jira integration requires that an issue or ticket be marked as “Done” - this has proven to be too rigid and does not match how teams actually work. Teams need the flexibility to communicate product changes at the right moment in their development process, not just at completion.

LaunchNotes customers will be able to create at any stage in Jira - whether that's at planning, in progress, or done.
