Personalized roadmap reports

Staying up-to-date with the latest updates and changes to a product roadmap is crucial for product management and customer-facing teams. However, for internal stakeholders, tracking roadmap progress and updates across various projects can not only be time-consuming, but quite often, a stakeholder still can’t find the roadmap information they’re looking for.

To address this challenge, we’re building the roadmap report feature to provide individual LaunchNotes users the opportunity to create a personalized email notification that on a regular cadence provides a summary of product roadmap activity most relevant to them:

• Personalized content: Set the stages in a roadmap that are most relevant to you for the updates you receive.

• Customizable timeframe: Receive an email of roadmap activity in a preferred timeframe: the default will be the updates from the categories you select from the past 7 days, but there will also be an option to adjust the range to your preference.

• Streamlined updates: Consolidates essential changes and updates into a clear, concise email format sent on a predictable cadence.

This personalized approach to tracking the progress of a product roadmap will enable LaunchNotes users to receive concise, customized email updates to help eliminate product release “surprises” and enhance the connection between product development and GTM preparedness.
