Labels for Categories

Complex organizations and product teams often need more segmentation than the flat organization from categories. As we assessed how to better address this need, we identified the opportunity to add Labels to Categories for another dimension to how announcements, roadmap items, and ideas are tagged and organized.

With Labels, our aim is to unlock new opportunities for categorization and segmentation, elevating how all product teams and multi-product organizations manage their feature release communications.

Some key benefits with this enhancement:

• Ability to implement Labels as an additional dimension for filtering content on the published page and via the API

• Improved content organization and search-ability

• Introduction of hierarchical categorization for Announcements and Roadmap items

These features will be available on legacy Enterprise and our Premium Plan.
