Teams need greater visibility and control over who will be notified about their draft announcements. Currently, there’s no easy way to preview or search the list of targeted subscribers or see which specific Slack channels will receive notifications. This lack of transparency can lead to confusion, miscommunication, and potential over-notification, especially when using Slack Connect channels with customers.

We've developed a new Subscriber and Channel List Modal for draft announcements. This feature allows you to preview and search the list of subscribers who will be notified based on the categories and roadmap items selected in a draft announcement. Additionally, with the Slack channel integration, you can see exactly which channels are being notified—providing clarity and control, even as notification scope scales with increased usage of Slack Connect channels.
