Feature Friday - January 17: Enhancements to HubSpot integration and more
TGIF! And with this Friday, we have a Feature Friday!
We’re thrilled to announce two enhancements to improve the LaunchNotes-HubSpot integration and and a fix to the embeddable widget - to streamline your product updates processes and deliver a better experience.
Improved subscriber confirmation flow
We’ve refined the HubSpot subscriber confirmation workflow to ensure a smoother experience for both new and existing subscribers.
New subscribers are immediately confirmed, and for new and returning subscribers a confirmation email is now sent via HubSpot. A clear "Check your inbox" page and a direct link to "Manage Subscription" for easy access.
COMING SOON: Customizable “reply-to field” for sending product updates through HubSpot
With a planned delivery next week, LaunchNotes projects using HubSpot will be able to choose a different reply-to address for your LaunchNotes notification emails in HubSpot, giving you more flexibility and control over how replies are managed.
What’s New:
Add a reply-to address that’s separate from the sending address.
Improved customer experience with replies direct to the appropriate team.
Improved management of email response flows.
This update helps ensure subscriber replies reach the right team for quicker resolutions.
Embeddable Widget preview button bug fix
We’ve resolved an issue where the preview button in the embeddable widget wasn’t working. This fix now makes it easy to test and configure the new embed.
What’s Fixed:
The preview button now functions reliably.
