February 13: Enhancements for Greater Speed and Stability
Speed and reliability have been our focus this week. We've resolved performance bottlenecks, fixed some integration issues, and updated key workflows to keep your announcements flowing smoothly.
Here's what shipped:
Faster more reliable Slack connections
We fixed three critical issues causing channel connection delays, message delivery failures, and customization persistence problems.Redesigned Slack and email settings
Cleaner interfaces, better organization, faster configuration.HubSpot Integration performance boost
Optimized the frequency of API calls to HubSpot, improving speed and helping teams avoid rate limit headaches.Bulk editing for subscriber management
Update subscribers, categories, and other records in bulk—because manually editing dozens of items one-by-one is nobody's idea of a good time.Smarter pagination and exports
Filters now reset pagination to page 1 automatically, and exports include defaults with improved ordering.Better announcement display
Improved text parsing and format handling so content renders consistently across the platform.
What’s next:
Collaborative Editing: Multiple contributors can edit simultaneously without losing changes—all edits are automatically saved in real-time.
Subscriber Self-Service: Subscribers have more control over the product updates they receive.
We’re excited about Collaborative Editing, it’s been a frequently requested capability! As always, if you have any questions or have ideas for what should ship next, hit the feedback button on the left.
