LaunchNotes Integrations: Jira, Confluence, Loom, Zapier, Slack, and HubSpot

Over the past year, we've been actively engaging with customers and collecting valuable feedback to develop a better understanding of what matters most to our customers when using LaunchNotes. These dialogues and the insights they've revealed have shown us that integrations with your favorite tools is crucial for maximizing the effectiveness of your product communication efforts, both internally with your teams and externally with your customers.

Our focus on integrations is driven by our commitment to constantly be evaluating and delivering maximum value for our customers. By pulling data and content into LaunchNotes from tools like Jira and subscriber data from HubSpot, we aim to make product communications easier, faster, more actionable, and more effective.

We also recognize the importance of pushing LaunchNotes-generated content into the right channels and tools. That's why we're investing in integrations that allow you to push data and content out of LaunchNotes and into your preferred email platforms and analytics providers. 

By focusing on integrations with the tools you rely on every day, we're confident that we can help you streamline your workflows, save time, and deliver more effective product communications.

Recently Shipped Integrations

Jira: Auto-draft announcements from completed Jira issues and manage roadmap items directly from Jira.

Confluence: Distribute announcements to Confluence spaces effortlessly.

Loom: Choose between traditional mastheads and engaging Loom videos for your hero images, and even draft announcements with Loom.

Zapier: Enable subscriber management in your CRM platform of choice.

Slack: Push announcement notifications directly to any Slack channel, leverage Slack Connect for real-time customer updates, and customize subscriptions for relevant categories and roadmap items.

HubSpot: Integrate LaunchNotes with HubSpot to simplify subscription management, send LaunchNotes-powered emails through HubSpot, and centralize customer touchpoint data.

Zapier: Content syndication and feedback management.

Views for Roadmaps and Conversations

As we prioritize integrations, we've made the difficult decision to remove the Conversations and Views for Roadmaps features from our platform. We understand that some customers may have found value in these features, and we want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly.

Our goal has always been to provide the best possible product communication enablement for our customers. After careful consideration and analysis of feature usage and customer feedback, we believe that focusing our time, resources, and energy on integrations will deliver the greatest value to the majority of our users.

We recognize that this change may be disruptive for some of you, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our team is committed to working closely with affected customers to help them transition and find alternative solutions where necessary.

We have worked with the customers that were using Views for Roadmap to ensure a smooth transition; we removed Views this last Friday, May 17. Conversations will be removed from the management portal by the end of May.
