Outbound webhooks

Integrations are critical for enterprise organization teams functioning at scale and working across multiple platforms in their tech stack.

To facilitate integrations with all the platforms and tools your team is using, we're developing outbound webhooks to enable events in LaunchNotes to post to other applications.

Webhooks provide real-time updates and notifications to automate workflows, create more sophisticated integrations, and improve data management at scale.

Some of the use cases we're excited about include:

• Subscriber management: Use project subscription events of created, confirmed, unsubscribed, and more to push subscriber updates to platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and more.

• Feedback management: Customer feedback created in LaunchNotes can be sent to other tools like Jira to open new tickets or issues, or utilize webhooks with Slack to trigger notifications or workflows in relevant channels.

• Announcements: Published announcements can be pushed for seamless coordination between teams and tools. Another use case is when an announcement is created, it can trigger the creation of an issue in Jira.

• Roadmap items: Trigger webhook notifications when items are created, updated, or deleted in LaunchNotes to keep records up to date in other platforms or kick off automations when roadmap items get to a certain stage.
