Feature Friday - July 26: Enhancements and upcoming releases

Today, we have a number of updates we're excited to announce and one pesky bug fix we addressed this week. Let's dive into the details:

Microsoft SSO now available

We're excited to announce that Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) is now available for the LaunchNotes management portal. This new feature enhances our authentication options and provides several benefits for our users:

• Leverage your organization's existing Microsoft identity management for secure access to LaunchNotes

• Enable one-click access for your team members, eliminating the need for separate LaunchNotes credentials

• Quickly get your team up and running with LaunchNotes using familiar Microsoft authentication

Whether you're using Microsoft or Google for your organization's identity management, LaunchNotes now seamlessly integrates with your preferred SSO provider.

Duplicate roadmap report emails - bug addressed and remediated

We resolved an issue where some account owners and points of contact received multiple copies of the same roadmap report. The bug caused up to six identical emails to be sent to affected recipients. Our fix ensures that each report is now sent only once as intended. No subscribers were affected by this issue; it was limited to internal accounts and direct customer contacts.

Sneak Peek: upcoming feature releases

Zapier Announcements Integration

This feature will allow you to automate your announcement workflows, connecting LaunchNotes with Zapier to effortlessly sync your product updates and share announcements on social media, update project management tools, and much more - all automatically when you publish in LaunchNotes.

Hubspot marketing integration

We’re kicking-off an Early Access Program (EAP), introducing a new integration with HubSpot. This integration will provide customers the capability to manage subscription data and send emails through HubSpot, ensuring consistent branding and messaging, synchronized subscriber lists, improved visibility and tracking, and the opportunity for enhanced governance. 

General availability for the HubSpot integration is planned for August.

Announcement Digests

Also in August, we plan to introduce Announcement Digests to provide another option for you and your team to communicate product updates by consolidating multiple announcements into one comprehensive, email digest.
