LaunchNotes Chrome extension for feedback

Gather and document customer feedback from anywhere on the web. With this feature release, LaunchNotes users will be able to easily collect and organize customer feedback through a Chrome extension which will be available for download through the Chrome Web Store.

Key features:

- Interactive feedback: The extension will enable users to record customer feedback, either by highlighting text on the page, or by typing out the feedback in the extension.

- Capture source URL: Automatically when submitting feedback through the extension, the note will include a link to the URL of the page. This is particularly helpful when used with support tools like Intercom and Zendesk so that the original ticket URL is captured with the feedback for your team's reference.

Plus with the Webhook integration (coming soon), feedback captured in LaunchNotes will be more portable than ever. This feature will allow users to push all feedback gathered through LaunchNotes, including what's submitted via the Chrome extension into another platform. These updates will enable a more streamlined process with more options to collect feedback and additional capabilities to send that feedback to connected platforms.
